GistNaija learned that the sweet talking actor was invited by the English Department of the institution to give a speech on “Survival in a Stressed Economy – The Youth’s Agenda.”
Initially, the eloquent Ogidi born star was said to have wowed the crowd with his well-tailored speech…even giving the students a rare insight on how to join and make it in Nollywood.
But problem we gathered started when the star stepped out to answer a call, and as expected, excited fans — mostly females — trooped down to get a closer glimpse of their idol and perhaps take pictures with him, but were shocked when he shunned them, and at one point even yelled at them to keep away.
Speaking to GistNaija, one of the students says:
“I used to have big respect for him, but see how he’s treating us as if we’re nothing.”
Another student added:
“After we applauded him so well, he now shouts at us.”
