Neil Armstrong, First Man To Walk On The Moon, Is Dead

Neil Armstrong, the first man to ever walk on the moon, has died, NBC News reported Saturday. He was 82 years old.
Armstrong had undergone heart surgery just a few weeks ago.
In 1969, Armstrong commanded the Apollo 11 spacecraft, the first ever to reach the moon. As he became the first person to walk on the moon, he famously said “one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind” and spent nearly three hours walking on the moon with Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin.
In recent years, he lived with his wife Carol in Ohio and stayed largely out of public view.

BREAKING NEWS: Isoko Development Union President Kidnapped


 Isoko Development Union(IDU) President, Gregory Akpojenem, has been Kidnapped.

Mr. Akpojene was kidnapped in his home town, Otor-Igho, in Isoko North Local Government Area. learnt  that at least seven gunmen invaded the kidnap victim’s home where they nabbed him.
 Also, gathered  that Mr. Akpojene, a veteran farmer, was kidnapped as he was about to enter his car. His kidnappers then took him away to an unknown destination.
The Kidnappers are yet to establish any contact with the family member.

The Delta state police are on a serious search for Mr Gregory Akpojenem.

Olisa Adibua Sacked from Storm Records By CEO, Obi Asika D

Obi Asika,the Ceo of Storm 360 Records amongst other entertainment business interests has announced the sack of his bossom friend,Olisa Adibua from the company.

In a statement by Asika,he said Adibua was a non executive director of the company. He was relieved of the position at a meeting of top management executives, Asika said with an appeal that 360 Storm Degrees will not engage in public discussions about it internal operations and management decisions. He did not comment on the reasons for the sack.

                     Goldie not pleased with Prezzo’s visit to propose and marry her?

Goldie seems not to be pleased with Big Brother Africa StarGame representative, Prezzo’s visit to Nigeria and his subsequent public declaration that he wants to finish a love relation he started with her.

Prezzo disclosed to journalists Wednesday at The Place, Ikeja, Lagos that he was in the country to propose to Goldie, his love during the reality show which ended on August 5.

Goldie and Prezzo developed an on-and-off love affair while they were contestants at the Big Brother Africa Stargame show which was in its seventh season.

Flood Damages Minna , Destroying Goods Worth Millions.


Flood has overuns major parts of Minna destroying good and properties worth millions of naira.

It was learnt further that the affected areas within Minna were Fadipe, Kpakungu, Dusten Kura Gwari and Soje, while communities outside Minna include Wuya kede, Wuya kanti, Batati and Muregi in Mokwa Local Government.

Further checks revealed that among some of the most threatened communities included Akere, Shiroro, Erena and communities down the stream of River Kaduna and River Niger in the hinterland of the state.

Alas: Chelsea FC Finally Signed Wigan's Victor Moses

Nigeria forward, Victor Moses from Wigan Athletic Thursday completed his move to Chelsea FC.

The 21-year-old, who featured for the Latics against the European champions last week, agreed personal terms to complete his switch to Stamford Bridge.

No details were released regarding the fee or the length of Moses’ contract.
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan accused Chelsea last week of “messing about” over the fee to be paid for Moses, with the Blues’ offers up to that point conditional on add-ons and Wigan thought to be holding out for around £9million.
