Kidnapped Imo State Dep Governor’s Protocol officer Found Dead

 The director of protocol to Imo State Deputy Governor, Mr Laz Anyanwu, who was kidnapped last Friday January 11th near Government House, Owerri, has been killed by his abductors.

Laz Anyanwu was found dead along a bush path at Nwaoriebe in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State yesterday afternoon.

The people who took him on Friday didn’t contact his family members for a ransom, raising suspicion that his death might have been politically motivated.
